Premier Landscape & Turf is a growing, veteran-owned landscape construction and property-maintenance company serving Gastonia, Charlotte, and surrounding communities. We are looking for dependable people who take pride in safe, professional, high-quality work.
- LANDSCAPE CREW: Crew Members, Construction Laborers, Maintenance Technicians-
- IRRIGATION: Irrigation Technicians, Drainage Installers, Equipment Operators.
- LEADERSHIP: Crew Leaders, Field Supervisors, Experienced Operators.
GENERAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have dependable transportation to our Gastonia shop or assigned jobsite.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work.
- Work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Lift and carry approximately 50-75 pounds.
- Follow company and jobsite safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Wear appropriate work pants, boots, and approved clothing.
- Communicate respectfully with clients and team members.
- Properly care for vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Be willing to learn and accept direction.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred: A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Previous landscaping, irrigation, drainage, hardscape, grading, or equipment experience is helpful, although not required for every position.

CREW LEADER REQUIREMENTS
- Previous landscape or construction experience and the ability to direct a crew.
- Strong client-service, communication, work-order, and material-management skills.
- Knowledge of jobsite safety and the ability to document progress with photographs and field notes.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and experience with trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment.
